MCCOY seeks two new staff members to support Early Intervention and Prevention efforts in central Indiana.
Early Intervention Program Community Coordinator
MCCOY, Inc. is a fun and focused workplace promoting positive youth development throughout central Indiana for the past 16 years. By providing resources, advocacy, training, and convening of providers, MCCOY supports the youth services community and promotes the positive development of youth. This new position will support the creation and implementation of a new Marion County effort for coordination of Early Intervention and Prevention services geared toward helping young people avoid continued involvement with the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Bachelor degree required, additional education a plus. Experience in community organizing, child welfare, forging collaborative systems from varied parties, public advocacy very helpful. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and grammar skills. Proven experience working with multiple projects simultaneously required. For full position description click here. Early Intervention Resource Development Officer

This new position will generate resources for a new Marion County effort for coordination of Early Intervention and Prevention services geared toward helping young people avoid continued involvement with the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Bachelor degree required and additional education in a related field very favorable. Resource development and fundraising experience required. Knowledge of and/or experience in child welfare and youth development a plus. Experience with social networking very beneficial; knowledge of federal & state grant and funds procurement necessary.
