MCCOY, Inc. is seeking volunteers for the Early Intervention and Prevent (EIP) Provider Fair on Tuesday, June 15, at the Athenaeum (401 E. Michigan St. in downtown Indianapolis). Several positions are available for volunteers to register and greet attendees and help them navigate the "speed dating" portions of the event. Volunteers shifts are available between 8:00am and 5:00pm; 4-hour volunteers shifts are preferred but shorter time commitments can be arranged. All volunteers are welcome to join us for lunch and hear the speakers. For more information, call 317-921-1233 or e-mail

About the event: 300 representatives of diverse organizations that serve families will attend the
EIP Provider Fair to learn more about the early intervention and prevention services that are available in Marion County. Through an interactive “speed-dating” process, attendees will learn about 30 organizations that offer programs and services to address issues such as conflict resolution, homelessness and sexual-abuse prevention. Spending just a short amount of time at each exhibit table, attendees will learn key information that will allow them to better coordinate services and pursue partnerships. During lunch, attendees will hear a keynote address and MCCOY will publicly launch the three-year strategic plan for the Early Intervention and Prevention (EIP) initiative.
