MCCOY recognizes the value of connecting young people to supportive, caring adults.  As a practice, mentoring can have a great impact on young people's lives.

Through our work as a co-convener of the Alliance of Youth Mentoring Agencies of Central Indiana, we are working to expand the reach, impact, and quality of local programs that connect young people to prepared adult mentors.
